Insolvency Partner

Location: Warwickshire + Hybrid working

Salary: Above market rate + reduced billable hours + Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday

Overview:

Macildowie are working in partnership with a well-respected and extremely well established firm who are currently seeking to expand their Insolvency & Restructuring offering.

The team provide advice for businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, shareholders, investors, employees and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious business recovery, turnaround and insolvency matters.

The Role:

As the successful Insolvency Partner, you will actively drive growth across the firm, through leadership that energises and motivates members within a small team. The role will also allow for management of a day-to-day workload, advising on high quality and complex Insolvency related work.

Other duties may involve:

  • Secure profitable new clients through networking and events
  • Provide coaching and training for individuals in the team where required
  • Create and deliver a pipeline to ensure a continual flow of profitable work for the department

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Robust background in Restructuring and Insolvency.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Management / Supervisory experience
  • Able to build and manage client portfolios, generating work for self and team
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Excellent client care skills
