Site AdministratorLocation: KenilworthStart: ASAPContract: Temporary (6-12+ months)Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, On-siteAre you a detail-oriented Site Administrator with strong organisational skills? Join a leading global construction company in this dynamic role!Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage site operational data (staff, labour, materials, plant)
- Upload site documents to BC and liaise with the SB3 document control team
- Maintain office notice boards with key updates
- Coordinate training requirements with the internal competency team
- General admin tasks, including ordering office supplies
- Track and report hours worked for all site operatives/staff
- Manage Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheets and maintenance records
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with document control systems (e.g., Business Collaborator, PIM) preferred
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
