Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert learning consultancy to business managers, collaborating to identify and agree on learning and development requirements that align with our client's business objectives.
  • Take the lead in analysing, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that meet business deliverables, timeframes, and agreed learning objectives. Manage risks effectively and maximise organisational learning.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with business managers, and HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery and promotion of learning and development services.
  • Collaborate with HR to champion and influence people initiatives, ensuring the organisation has the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to implement them successfully.
  • Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and facilitation services to meet project and business objectives.
  • Create and coordinate ad hoc learning solutions when necessary to address specific business needs.
  • Successfully deliver short-term projects and activities according to the standards and outcomes set by your Line Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD) or equivalent qualification.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in a training and development role.
  • Strong commercial awareness to align learning solutions with business needs.
  • A track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Previous experience in consultancy and influencing roles.
