Our client, a lively and growing company based in Coleshill, Birmingham, is looking for an enthusiastic customer service advisor to join their team. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Location: Coleshill
What will you do as an Customer service advisor?
- Contact customers to process their orders promptly and efficiently.
- Undertake general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Experience dealing with enquiries
- Utilise the SAP system to accurately process orders and maintain records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great experience for every customer.
- Display a strong attention to detail in all your tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
- Experience using the SAP system to process orders and manage customer data.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately process orders and maintain records.
- Previous experience working in a customer service setting, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
