Join a dynamic team and make a difference! We're searching for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Administrator who loves connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As an Internal Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the team, providing exceptional support to valued customers and contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Provide intensive customer consulting and support, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Process contracts for new and existing customers, monitor cleaning cloth inventory levels, and enforce pricing.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement cost reduction initiatives and manage customer data.
  • Sales & Service Coordination: Sales order processing, collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactive Support: Evaluate tour response rates and identify and manage at-risk customers to prevent cancellations.
  • Administrative Duties: Document customer data in CRM+, manage business processes, review and correct invoices, and process cancellations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Sales Administration experience

  • Proficiency in data management and CRM systems.

The Role:

  • Salary: £26,000 rising to £27,000 after probation
  • 1 day working from home (after probation)
  • Hours: 8:00am - 16.30 or 8.30am till 17.00pm (can be flexible)
