As an Internal Customer Service Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the team, providing exceptional support to valued customers and contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Provide intensive customer consulting and support, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Contract Management: Process contracts for new and existing customers, monitor cleaning cloth inventory levels, and enforce pricing.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement cost reduction initiatives and manage customer data.
- Sales & Service Coordination: Sales order processing, collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Proactive Support: Evaluate tour response rates and identify and manage at-risk customers to prevent cancellations.
- Administrative Duties: Document customer data in CRM+, manage business processes, review and correct invoices, and process cancellations.
What You'll Bring:
- Sales Administration experience
- A passion for customer service and a knack for building relationships.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in data management and CRM systems.
- An understanding of business processes and financial principles.

The Role:
- Salary: £26,000 rising to £27,000 after probation
- 1 day working from home (after probation)
- Hours: 8:00am - 16.30 or 8.30am till 17.00pm (can be flexible)
