We're seeking a talented and experienced Digital Manager to join a thriving Marketing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to balance flexibility with in-office collaboration, working on exciting projects that drive e-commerce success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and enhance our e-commerce platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and SEO campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Develop and manage CRM strategies, ensuring a personalized and seamless customer experience.
- Create and deliver impactful campaigns and content across digital channels.
- Oversee website management, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to meet marketing objectives effectively.
- At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, CRM, and campaign management.
- Demonstrable experience in website management and content optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
