Business Change Lead (2 days onsite/Inside ir35)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)Location: Warwickshire/Hybrid

I am seeking a Business Change Lead for a growing cyber programme. Join a team with six ongoing projects, helping drive change and innovation within a regulated environment.

Role Highlights:

  • Diverse Responsibilities: You'll shape and implement change initiatives, focusing on training, people, and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Be an advocate for change, with strong communication skills to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.

  • IT Experience Preferred: A background in IT would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
