Are you passionate about recruitment, compliance, and creating a positive candidate experience? I am partnering with a Public Sector organisation based in Warwickshire to appoint a temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a three month contract and play a crucial role in attracting and onboarding talent.

The role will be paying around £13 per hour plus holiday pay with hybrid working opportunities available.

About the Role:

Within this post, you will support the full recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in sourcing talent, conducting pre-employment checks, and ensuring all new starters are fully compliant.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all pre-employment checks including DBS, Right to Work, references and contract are completed in line with legal and policy requirements.
  • Providing a smooth recruitment process, ensuring clear communication with candidates throughout.
  • Assisting with writing and posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and candidate screenings.
  • Accurately input new starter details into the organisations HRIS and maintain HR records.
  • Supporting inclusive recruitment practices to attract diverse talent.
  • Building positive relationships with hiring managers and responding to resourcing queries.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in HR/Recruitment, with a solid understanding of pre-employment checks and compliance.
  • Excellent organisation & attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency utilising the full Microsoft Office suite.
