GRG are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a professional services organisation, who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their in-house legal function in Warwickshire. This dynamic role is designed for someone with a solid background in legal services, ideally within a corporate or commercial setting. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a dedicated small in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the in-house legal team, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, reports, and agreements.
  • Coordinate meetings, both internal and external, and support team members with travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
  • Support with audio typing and follow ups of board company secretarial meetings, and ensure all minutes are completed to a high level of detail.
  • Manage and organise the legal team's filing systems, ensuring compliance and security for all documents.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications relating to the legal department.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a legal services firm, or in-house legal assistant support role, with a preference for corporate or commercial law.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of flexibility to attend other offices as business requires.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with legal document management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approach.
