Business Partnering & Strategic Support:Collaborate with senior management, production, and commercial teams to provide financial insights. Support the commercial team with accurate costings and quotations. Deliver financial analysis to aid strategic planning. Process & Controls Improvement:Develop and enhance financial controls, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards. Implement process improvements to elevate financial efficiency. Integrate financial data seamlessly within ERP systems. Key Requirements:? Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). ? Solid technical accounting skills with up-to-date knowledge. ? Background in automotive, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. ? Proven experience in R&D tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. ? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. ? Commercially aware, with experience in quoting jobs and financial analysis. ?
