The Role:* Financial reporting and management overseeing management accounts, preparation of statutory accounts for auditors, tax and pay role. * Make certain compliance with UK accounting standards. * Business partner senior management team working to inform key decision making across all areas of the business. * Lead budgeting and forecasting process, manage cash flow forecasting and conduct and maintain financial and budget controls. * Implement and maintain process improvements. * Guarantee the integrity of financial data. * Work under pressure to tight deadlines to help deliver key projects for various business functions simultaneously. The Candidate:* ACCA/ACA Qualified. * Experience of audit AND/OR accounts preparation from Practice. * Ability to build business relationships quickly and effectively.* Keen eye for detail.* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver on workload. * Team player keen to collaborate and succeed. * Genuine interest in the business and the worth they do.
