Description
- Lead and manage a dedicated finance team
- Focused management and development of the Finance Business Partners and working closely with senior stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Provide crucial business insights and financial advice to stakeholders.
- Manage budget planning and control processes.
- Drive business performance and financial efficiency.
- Development of current ERP system
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the organisation.
Profile
The successful Head of Business Partnering should have:
- Qualified accountant
- Proven experience in a similar senior finance role
- Must have Not For Profit sector experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a dedicated team.
- Strong financial skills
- Ability to drive change
- Experience of developing IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide business insights.
Job Offer
- £375 - £425 a day
