The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Group CEO during a period of tremendous growth, organisational and cultural change.
Responsible for quickly understanding and delivering the financial needs and priorities of the business, from strategy development and implementation, through to ensuring day to day, robust financial systems, processes, capability and expertise.
The Person
Professionally qualified and computer literate, you will have gained your experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment, where you will have demonstrated the ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of the business, supporting the senior leadership team to deliver operational and commercial objectives.
This is a challenging, high-profile role, combining the need for a practical, hands-on finance professional, prepared to tackle fundamental operational issues, with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives and to operate at the highest level within an ambitious, multi-site international SME.
