You will guide a squad within a cross-functional product team, aligning efforts with the broader product vision and promoting agile practices. By working closely with engineering, you will ensure the product vision is achievable while acting as the customer advocate to deliver valuable solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to driving successful product releases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The Person

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working with multiple ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
• You must have a background in implementation of finance within an ERP system ideally being a qualified accountant to ensure you understand how the new product needs to operate
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation, customisation, and optimisation
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success
