FP&A responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes, and other internal and external management reporting.路 Performance Reporting vs allowances 路 Routinely and proactively request, use and present financial and performance analysis and insights, to help the leadership team build a comprehensive understanding of business performance and a clear view of progress against improvement initiatives, incentives and regulatory/entity targets.路 Manage and co-ordinate processes by setting accurate timetables, key performance metrics and guidance to ensure delivery to agreed timescales and stakeholder requirements. 路 Proactively build own knowledge of our regulatory agreement and its impact on the industry and the business to support key decisions and advise and guide own business area. 路 Proactively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through best practice.路 Provide ad hoc analysis as and when required.Requirements:路 Excellent oral and written communications skills.
