Job Title: Key Account Manager

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000

Work Type: Hybrid

Locations: Birmingham

The Duties:

  • Manage commercial aspects, relationships, and client ownership, including P&L oversight.
  • Supervise Service Delivery and Operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, addressing KPI variances, and conducting Satisfaction Surveys; ensure all internal reports and analyses are provided.
  • Prepare and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and routine client meetings for account evaluation.
  • Support Project Managers in leading new business initiatives or client projects for your accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on account development and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions, improve customer experience, and/or reduce costs.
  • Conduct risk and issue analysis, share mitigation plans, and update contingencies as necessary.
  • Handle account escalations promptly to ensure resolution.
  • Manage and develop the team.

  • Proven Track record in Account Management and developing high-performing teams.
  • Tech Vertical Experience / Understanding
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Customer-centric with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
