Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organisation. Your expertise will be crucial in providing strategic financial insights that drive business decisions. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Partner with the senior finance team to align financial goals with business objectives
- Take the lead on the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse financial data and present findings to stakeholders
- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Prepare and present comprehensive management reports to senior leadership
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role
