As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and decision-making processes across the business. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide expert financial insights and analysis to drive performance and deliver growth.

Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements and support the implementation of financial systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise cost management and enhance profitability.

What the successful candidate will bring

  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
