A Day in the Life of a CPN - Triage Team:

Join our dynamic team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse within a Triage Team, where you will play a crucial role in assessing and directing service users to the most appropriate care pathway. Your core responsibilities include:

? Taking calls and conducting mental health assessments over the phone? Evaluating risk and identifying the appropriate service/team for referrals? Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies? Providing crisis intervention support when required? Maintaining accurate records in compliance with professional standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

? Current and valid NMC registration and PIN? Triage or 111 experience is ideal? Strong communication and decision-making skills? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment? Car driver essential

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible working hours available. The contract is 3 months ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service needs.
