About the Role: Join our dynamic FP&A team as a Performance MI Manager! This exciting role is pivotal in driving the utilisation of performance management information and transforming data into visual insights that foster greater understanding across the organisation. You will collaborate with various teams, including Finance Business Partners and Regulatory Finance, to ensure comprehensive mapping of performance metrics and enhance data visualisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to achieve insight into performance management information across the organization.
  • Develop dashboards and performance trackers to provide useful insights into performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Modeller to integrate performance management information into rolling forecasts.
  • Enhance visualization of performance insights within the FP&A team.
  • Develop data maps to support upcoming system changes.
  • Provide support to the wider FP&A team during month-end processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Accountancy Qualification
  • Experience handling large volumes of performance management information and articulating data into dashboards and performance trackers
  • Solid experience using Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent writing abilities.
  • An accountancy qualification.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
