Job Purpose:

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Transformation Lead to drive strategic HR initiatives and leverage digital technologies for optimising HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR practises with the organisation's strategic goals and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR Transformation activities, including the Target Operating Model, Key Design Decisions, and other strategic initiatives that support the organisation's objectives.

* Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Transformation Projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget management.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to drive HR projects and initiatives, gaining buy-in and support from the team and across the organisation.

* Lead the adoption of digital solutions, services, and employee engagement platforms as part of a digital-first approach to HR.

* Establish performance tracking mechanisms for monitoring the progress of transformational efforts, identifying and addressing any adjustments or risks.

* Communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

* Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the HR team.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a transformation or project management role.

* Proven experience in leading digital HR initiatives and successfully managing large-scale HR projects on time and within budget.

* Strong understanding of HRIS and proficiency in utilising other digital HR tools.

Skills and Competencies:

* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering engagement and accountability.

* Experience in delivering HR transformation projects utilising Workday as the enabling platform.

* In-depth knowledge of digital HR technologies and emerging trends.

* Ability to align HR initiatives with broader business goals.

* Excellent project management and change management skills.

* Expertise in managing change and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
