Are you an experienced Composite Laminator with a passion for high-quality production? We're working with a prestigious organisation specialising in the manufacture of advanced composite components for the motorsport, automotive, and sports industries, and they are seeking a skilled Nightshift Laminator to join their talented team.Laminator Responsibilities:
- Preparing moulds and patterns for production
- Laminating composite components in accordance with technical drawings and lay-up manuals
- Loading and unloading autoclaves and efficiently handling breakout components
- Working to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Laminator Profile:
- At least 5 years of composite laminating experience, ideally within motorsport (F1 or Tier 1 supplier)
- Expertise in working with Class A components
- The ability to manage complex part assemblies
- Experience with Mosite bag manufacture is a bonus but not essential
