Job Opportunity: People Culture & Capability Change Lead

Our client is seeking a highly experienced People Culture & Capability Change Lead to play a pivotal role in transforming the organisation's culture and capabilities. This role will lead a crucial workstream within a project aimed at enhancing group-wide ability and capacity. If you excel in delivering cultural change across large organisations, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the HR subject matter expert on learning solutions and cultural alignment, representing our client's interests.
  • Collaborate with group talent teams and external partners to design, develop, and enhance enduring training solutions.
  • Create and deliver interventions that drive key behaviours, including cost performance management, budget accountability, and financial awareness.
  • Identify, engage, and align stakeholders at all levels to encourage collaboration in planning and executing change initiatives.
  • Lead requirements gathering and solutions for culture and capability enhancement across the organisation.
  • Work closely with the project team to design and facilitate workshops that engage business stakeholders and promote solution ownership.
  • Proactively identify and address barriers to programme success, utilising problem-solving skills and escalation protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; a master's or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering HR change projects/ HR programmes with a strong impact on people and ways of working.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategic ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong capability to design, plan, and manage change initiatives from inception to completion.
