This is a growing company based in Kenilworth and due to expansion are looking for aQuality/Health and Safety/Environmental Managerto join their team.

The QSHE Manager will be responsible for management of the QSHE Department and its outputs and value added to the company. The area of focus will mainly be:

QMS Control
Customer & Supplier NR Management
NPI Feasibility Involvement & PPAP Management
IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Management
Customer Liaison on Quality Related Issues
HSE Management
Continuous Improvement Activity
Departmental & KPI Management


The core responsibilities of the role will be

QMS Construction, Maintenance and Management

Auditing of Company & supplier adherence to procedures in alignment to IATF & ISO standards.

PPAP management in support of NPI requirements.

Creation of Process Control Plans to ensure conformity of manufactured products.

NCR Management for Customer, Supplier, and internal issues.

Preparation of audit performance reports for relevant stakeholder.

Customer & supplier liaison as required.

Identification and implementation of CI activity.

Creation and management of quality related & departmental KPIs

Setting of objectives and management of quality team.

Health & Safety

Managing company H & S Risk assessments

Review of operational procedures to ensure they meet industry safety standards.

Creation and management of H & S metrics

Preparation and issuing of reports as required.

Attainment of ISO14001 accreditation

The key skills that are required for this role are:

IATF & ISO Detailed knowledge.

IATF / ISO auditor training.

8D NCR Problem solving.

Capable of producing data driven analytical solutions.

Ability to conduct second party audits.

Thorough understanding of APQP & PPAP

Microsoft office tools

Working experience / understanding of ERP / MRP systems.

Works well under pressure

NEBOSH/IOSH Certified
