Satis Education is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Executive Headteacher to lead and inspire a group of primary schools in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about driving improvement and ensuring the best outcomes for children.
About the Role:
As the Executive Interim Headteacher, you will:
- Provide strong, strategic leadership and management to maintain and enhance the school's performance.
- Ensure a high-quality education for all pupils, promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
- Support and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the governing body, local authority, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement and oversee improvement plans, ensuring the school continues to thrive.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated school leader who:
- Has proven experience as a Headteacher or Executive Headteacher within the primary sector.
- Is confident in managing school improvement and leading change effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Has a strong understanding of current educational policies and best practices.
- Can engage with staff, pupils, and parents to create a positive and supportive school environment.
