QSHE Manager

This is a growing company based in Kenilworth and due to expansion are looking for a Quality/Health and Safety/Environmental Manager to join their team.

The QSHE Manager will be responsible for management of the QSHE Department and its outputs and value added to the company. The area of focus will mainly be:

QMS Control

Customer & Supplier NR Management

NPI Feasibility Involvement & PPAP Management

IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Management

Customer Liaison on Quality Related Issues

HSE Management

Continuous Improvement Activity

Departmental & KPI Management

The core responsibilities of the role will be

路QMS Construction, Maintenance and Management

路Auditing of Company & supplier adherence to procedures in alignment to IATF & ISO standards.

路PPAP management in support of NPI requirements.

路Creation of Process Control Plans to ensure conformity of manufactured products.

路NCR Management for Customer, Supplier, and internal issues.

路Preparation of audit performance reports for relevant stakeholder.

路Customer & supplier liaison as required.

路Identification and implementation of CI activity.

路Creation and management of quality related & departmental KPIs

路Setting of objectives and management of quality team.

Health & Safety

路Managing company H & S Risk assessments

路Review of operational procedures to ensure they meet industry safety standards.

路Creation and management of H & S metrics

路Preparation and issuing of reports as required.

路Attainment of ISO14001 accreditation

The key skills that are required for this role are:

路IATF & ISO Detailed knowledge.

路IATF / ISO auditor training.

路8D - NCR Problem solving.

路Capable of producing data driven analytical solutions.

路Ability to conduct second party audits.

路Thorough understanding of APQP & PPAP

路Microsoft office tools

路Working experience / understanding of ERP / MRP systems.

路Works well under pressure

路NEBOSH/IOSH Certified
