Our client is seeking an enthusiastic People Culture & Capability Lead to drive transformative change across their organisation. If you have a passion for fostering a dynamic workplace culture and enhancing capability, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the Culture and Capability workstream within a major transformation project. Your mission? To elevate financial acumen and decision-making for budget managers while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Way: Own the Culture and Capability workstream, serving as the go-to expert for learning solutions and cultural alignment.
  • Tailored Training: Design and implement cost-centre management training that is practical and aligned with real-world business needs.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with finance and data teams to ensure training solutions integrate smoothly with financial tools.
  • Behavioural Change: Embed cost-conscious decision-making into existing performance management frameworks and leadership expectations.
  • Engage Leaders: Influence senior leaders to model cost-conscious behaviours and foster accountability across the organisation.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis and capability diagnostics to inform training and cultural change initiatives.
  • Immersive Learning: Facilitate workshops, simulations, and digital learning experiences that drive behavioural change and enhance learning.
  • Sustained Impact: Ensure long-term effects by embedding key behaviours into leadership development and talent initiatives.
  • Measure Success: Track and report on the effectiveness of training interventions, ensuring continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development, or Business preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering culture and capability initiatives within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage with executives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, translating strategic ideas into actionable initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with finance and data teams to align training solutions with business intelligence tools.
  • Expertise in change management and modern learning methodologies, including digital solutions.
  • Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of programmes.
