This is a growing company based near Leamington Spa that delivers total fleet category management solutions to car and van fleet operators throughout Europe. Their clients comprise of some of the best known brands in a number of key market sectors including Technology, pharmaceuticals and FMCG. They are not a leasing or fleet management company in the traditional sense, but a business that provides oversight and management solutions to clients with pan European fleet operations. They deliver data consolidation, strategic guidance, governance programmes, supplier management and practical sourcing strategies using their expertise and systems.
Continued growth has opened up an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to take on the responsibility for managing some of their largest and most prestigious customers. Your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within these key clients providing the right level of strategic support.
Key Attributes
Ability to work as part of a team to deliver robust and meaningful solutions to clients
Have an understanding of the fleet marketplace particularly in leasing, fleet management, fuel, insurance and car policy
Experience of negotiating terms and managing fleet sourcing programmes
Hands on approach to resolving client issues, working with supply chain members to optimise the cost of the fleet for clients
Proactive nature with an enquiring and problem solving mindset
Ambitious and looking to progress
Able to present at the highest level and represent their brand in front of both potential and existing clients
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for a set of clients, working with colleagues to ensure service excellence
Excellent communication and negotiating skills

Envisaged Profile
Ideally a leasing/fleet management company background or proven track record of delivery in an account management role
Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel etc.) and databases
Ability to work well with all people internal and external
Relationship builder
Someone who can understand client issues and deliver solutions
Ambitious looking for a step up the career ladder
The Role
Takingownership and responsibilityfor a set of clients being the key point of contact for customers
Working closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure a defined scope of services is being delivered
Agreeing and preparing documented service scopes for new clients
Proactively reviewing the client information, identifying opportunities for streamlining and cost reduction
Proactively managing the client supply chain to ensure they deliver to agreed expectations
Driving client projects through to completion
