As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, capture requirements, and translate them into effective IT solutions. From initial vision to post-implementation, you will be vital in shaping business change, ensuring systems and processes align with strategic goals. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, analysing data, and evaluating solution options. Â Â
Key responsibilities include:- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and areas for improvement.
- Developing clear and actionable business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Supporting the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.
- Coordinating the implementation of IT solutions, working with internal teams and external providers.
- Leading user testing and supporting the delivery of training materials.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of business processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders, manage requirements, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
