Position: Programme Planner (IT/Cyber)
Duration: 6 Months +
Location: Warwick / Hybrid (office days are Monday & Thursday)
Role Purpose:
To provide robust weekly/monthly reporting and analysis against the OT Cyber Programme plan to assist key decision making for corrective action/delivery performance.
Manage the collective plans in an overarching master programme plan, incorporating and evaluating submitted contractual plans.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage the overall programme plan, ensuring key deliverables, milestones, and critical paths are visible across all phases.
- Define and enforce project planning standards and processes in line with the company's standards for all projects within the programme.
- Align project plans with Programme Governance, ensuring accurate progress assessment and updates.
- Report key milestone progress, deviations from the baseline plan, and resource constraints.
- Conduct regular analysis, reporting, and process improvements to establish best practice planning and controls.
- Evaluate contractor programme submissions, analyse critical paths, assess compensation events, and support recovery strategies.
Essential Requirements:
- Leadership of a planning capability in either a portfolio or programme capacity.
- Skilled user of MS Projects (with demonstrable experience).
- Previous experience working within an IT or cyber transformation programme/portfolio.
Desirable Requirements:
- Strong reporting skills
- Visual Basic (VB) experience
- PowerBI experience
