Legal Counsel role with a market leading service provider based in the Midlands (3+ years pqe)
Warwickshire HQ (hybrid working 1-2 days in the office pw) 60-75k plus benefits
Joining a small, nimble team this is an excellent opportunity for a legal counsel to spread their wings, get great exposure and autonomy and handle and hugely interesting and diverse legal workload at what is an exciting time in the business's growth.

You will work with a Head of Legal and more junior legal professional and support the business on a range of matters
- Commercial Contracts and Procurement
- Real Estate and wider property lawyer (L&T, Leases, Construction)
- Regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Dispute management
Ideally we are keen to hear from current in-house or commercial lawyers looking for their next step or greater breadth to their exposure. Alternatively we would be keen to hear specifically from those with a real estate / commercial property background looking to add value but develop their broader in-house / commercial experience.
