Overview:

Macildowie are working in partnership with a well-respected and extremely well established Law firm who are currently seeking to expand their Property Litigation offering.

The firm are looking to appoint a motivated and driven Senior Associate Solicitor with experience across Property Litigation on a full time basis.

The Role:

As the successful Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be joining a team of experienced professionals, where you will have responsibility of your own workload where strong progression routes can be achieved.

The role will allow for management of a day-to-day workload of commercial and residential property dispute work with an emphasis on commercial property disputes as well as land and property disputes including possession and forfeiture, rent arrears, service charge disputes, dilapidations, breach of covenants, easements and boundary disputes across residential and commercial properties.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience across litigation and demonstrate a real passion, interest and prior experience within Property litigation; with a focus on Commercial Property disputes focus.

It is imperative you have excellent client care skills, strong communicate and take an adaptable approach to your work.
