I am currently working with a well established firm based in Warwick! They are seeking a Solicitor to join their Court of Protection team. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide specialised legal support and advice to individuals, focusing on deputyship applications, statutory wills, statutory gifting, property and financial affairs.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes for clients in matters.
  • Provide support to the Senior Solicitor on complex Deputyships and gradually take the lead on your own caseload.
  • Engage directly with clients and their families, providing empathetic and expert advice during challenging times.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as doctors and social workers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling budgets and accounts.

Court of Protection experience is desirable, however, if you would like to move into this area of law then this is the perfect opportunity as they will provide all training and support!
