Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Solicitors: Provide essential support to solicitors, enabling them to operate efficiently in managing conveyancing cases.
  • Correspondence Management: Sort, prepare, and manage all relevant correspondence related to legal matters.
  • Diary and Schedule Management: Handle diary management, ensuring smooth scheduling for solicitors and clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including filing, retrieving clients' files, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Interactions: Address and resolve client queries professionally and promptly.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Degree (2:1 or higher), preferably in Law.

  • Experience: Knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.

  • Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is essential.

  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing demands.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook.
