Legal Assistant

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000Location: Coventry

A well-established and respected law firm with a rich history of providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses across Warwickshire and beyond is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Private Client team. This is a firm known for its friendly, client-focused approach and dedication to delivering exceptional legal support.

Whilst the focus for this role will be Private Client the firm are open to considering candidates with experience in other practice areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting solicitors with the preparation of legal documents such as wills and trusts
  • Liaising with clients, handling queries, and ensuring client files are managed effectively
  • Supporting with probate applications and estate administration
  • Conducting legal research and gathering necessary documentation
  • Preparing correspondence, maintaining case files, and ensuring all documents are accurately filed and updated
  • Assisting with the scheduling of client meetings, diary management, and managing deadlines
