Reed Legal are working with a large international business near Kenilworth to recruit a legal intern for up to 12 months. Working in their in-house legal you will support the legal counsel and a team of solicitors with a wide range of legal issues -

  • Responsible for the day to day legal administration as required by the UK Legal team including managing contract signing, arranging meetings, taking minutes, filing and post. 
  • Assisting Legal Counsel in responding to a broad mix of legal queries, received into the department from colleagues across Europe.
  • Conducting effective legal research, preparing reports and advice notes
  • Using precedent documents to draft simple letters and agreements under the supervision of Legal Counsel.
  • Providing general Company Secretarial requirement in Europe including, preparation of board minutes, appointment and removal of company officers, preparing and completing all necessary filings at Companies House. 

This role could be done almost entirely from home or you could visit the office several times per week.
