A market leading household brand has an exceptional opportunity for a Project PA to join their Programme Management team. This is a temporary position, lasting for c.3-6 months initially, is available to start immediately!
You will be supporting the delivery of significant company-wide project and will be the go to person for teams across the business. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external meetings, liaising with senior stakeholders, and setting up MS Teams as well as in person meetings. You will collate agendas, prepare meeting packs and project material, create top-notch slide packs and manage the logistics for all member of the team. You will also attend all meetings to take detailed action points and proactively take responsibility for ensuring the completion of action points - often with 48-72 hour turn around.
You will also play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. You will maintain all relevant documentation, and be responsible for administering the resource management, including raising POs and monitoring spend against budget.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced project PA who thrives in a corporate and fast paced environment. You will be approachable and confident, and be able to maintain excellent working relationships throughout the business.
This role is temporary, and the salary is £14-17 per hour. The role offers hybrid working but due to the location of their gorgeous, modern offices you will require your own means of transportation.
