Due to their success they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their front office organisation. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing effective strategies, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyse and improve processes to drive productivity and business goals.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet organisational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance and support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Maintain third part relationships.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
