Linsco are looking for a Site Manager in Kenilworth to start work on a new build housing site for a reputable client of ours.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large-scale housing development, reporting directly to the Project Manager. This role involves managing site activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Manager will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations.

Duration: 2-3 months minimum



Site Management & Operations:

  • Lead the on-site management of the housing project, ensuring the work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring progress aligns with the project plan and addresses any delays or issues that arise.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and adjust construction schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure adherence to plans, drawings, and specifications, conducting regular quality inspections.


Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure all workers are equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain thorough records of site inspections, safety checks, and accident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specific requirements for residential housing construction.
