My client is seeking an experienced strategic HR Business Partner due to an internal restructure.
The position offers a salary of up to £75,000 to £80,000, plus bonus and benefits.
The role requires 5+ years of experience and involves partnering with Exec level stakeholders in a Construction environment.
The HR Business Partner will focus on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
The office is located in South Warwickshire, with a hybrid work model of 2 days in-office, 1-2 days of national travel, and 1-2 days working from home.

Due to an internal restructure my client is seeking an experienced strategic HR Business Partner to join their team.

Up to £75/ 80k + Bonus + Benefits

South Warwickshire Office Location - 2 Days per week - 1-2 Days National Travel, 1-2 Days WFH per week.

Partnering with the Director and SLT of the business unit as HR Business Partner you will develop the people plan to support business objectives and will include -

- Strategic Workforce Planning

- Organisational Design

- Talent Management and Succession Planning

- Developing strong Union relations

As an experienced strategic HR Business Partner you will have partnered with Exec level stakeholders, developed strategic People plans for your business areas, and have experience as above within a Construction environment.
