We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who can commit to a full time, temp 2-perm role at a busy heating and installation company in Coleshill Birmingham. This is an office-based role where you receive inbound calls from business customers or tenants give status of orders, manage diaries, book installation or repair work, update a computer system and work with excel.
Its Monday - Friday and strictly office based (hybrid does not work for this company).
So what would I be doing?
- Processing incoming orders into the system
- Diary management- such as booking out engineers and electricians
- Responding to emails
- Speaking to customers
- Some accounts duties
- General Customer Service
- Answering incoming phone calls

But what experience do I need?
- MUST have at least 5 years Administrative experience
- Fully computer literate
