Office Administrator * Immediate start available *

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator in our Regional Admin Office in Warwick.

The Office Administrator role is extremely varied; you will be required to enter supplier invoices onto our bespoke system checking for pricing and quantity anomalies and then liaise with our Stores if anomalies are found. Answering the telephone, checking customer invoices against Store purchase orders, raising debits and credits. Plus any other office related work required.

Office Administrator Role & Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from Suppliers, Stores within CEF and customers
  • Inputting supplier invoices onto the system
  • Preparing Expense invoices for authorisation
  • Chasing debits

Experience

  • Office experience is preferable but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Superb organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
