An exceptional opportunity for a self-starter with excellent IT skills to be part of our administration team in the UK.

Working 22.5 hours (4-5 days) per week in the office. as a General Administrator you will work within a small, friendly team based at the Stoneleigh office. You be responsible to the Chief Executive and support the Society across all functions of the business including technical, social and administrative aspects.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you will have experience working with modern databases, be able to demonstrate attention to detail and working to tight deadlines. A particular advantage is a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.

What you’ll be working on;

? Maintaining office systems and services

? Recording and inputting data into a bespoke database to support registrations

? Supporting members by phone and email with registry queries

? Contributing to sales cataloguing production

? Processing samples between members and our partner laboratory

Key experiences

? Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role

? Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word

? Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases

? Must be methodical and accurate, with good numerical and communication skills

? Lives within (or willing to relocate to) a commutable distance of Kenilworth

? Full driving licence Training will be provided
