This is a growing company based near Leamington Spa that delivers total fleet category management solutions to car and van fleet operators throughout Europe. Their clients comprise of some of the best known brands in a number of key market sectors including Technology, pharmaceuticals and FMCG. They are not a leasing or fleet management company in the traditional sense, but a business that provides oversight and management solutions to clients with pan European fleet operations. They deliver data consolidation, strategic guidance, governance programmes, supplier management and practical sourcing strategies using their expertise and systems.
Continued growth has opened up an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to take on the responsibility for managing some of their largest and most prestigious customers. Your role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within these key clients providing the right level of strategic support.

路Have an understanding of the fleet marketplace particularly in leasing, fleet management, fuel, insurance and car policy
路Experience of negotiating terms and managing fleet sourcing programmes
路Hands on approach to resolving client issues, working with supply chain members to optimise the cost of the fleet for clients

Envisaged Profile
路Ideally a leasing/fleet management company background or proven track record of delivery in an account management role
路Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel etc.) and databases

The Role
路Taking ownership and responsibility for a set of clients being the key point of contact for customers
路Working closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure a defined scope of services is being delivered
路Agreeing and preparing documented service scopes for new clients
路Proactively reviewing the client information, identifying opportunities for streamlining and cost reduction
路Proactively managing the client supply chain to ensure they deliver to agreed expectations
路Driving client projects through to completion
