- Basic Salary up to £30,000
- Annual profit share bonus - £35-40k OTE

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
- Book and conduct viewings
- Complete customer records and update records in the system
- Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
- Market new stock on all available media channels
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
- Produce memorandum of sales
- Manage sales progression, ensuring sales go through accordingly and deal with any issues that may arise during the completion stage
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience in sales progression is essential
- Ideally you will have experience of using Jupix
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
