Estate Agent Sales Manager - Kenilworth - £30k basic £50k package (Salary Negotiable dependent on experience)

My client is an established, independent Sales and Lettings agent, whose culture is to provide the highest quality service, with honest and professional expert advice. They are now seeking an experienced property sales professional to join their team as a Sales Manager ideally with experience in the Kenilworth area.

This role is a fantastic stepping stone, especially if you are a Senior Sales Negotiator eager to advance your career in property. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Estate Agency industry, a strong history of success, and the drive to thrive in a key role with a reputable local brand. In this position, you’ll work closely with the directors to ensure the branch meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business, and maintains strong client relationships.
