Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Specialist (Not Talent Acquisition)WarwickshirePaying around £60k - £65k + Bonus + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Specialist to join a dynamic HR Division within an esteemed organisation. As part of their continued growth and enhancement of talent acquisition capabilities, this role will play a pivotal position in shaping recruitment marketing strategies that attract top-tier talent across a diverse range of roles.

The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative campaigns that promote a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP), thereby reinforcing the organisation's reputation as a 'Great Place to Work.' Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Specialist will conduct in-depth competitor market mapping and provide insights that drive talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.

  • Develop and execute creative and impactful campaigns that resonate with potential candidates, ensuring the attraction of a high-calibre talent pool.
  • Own the organisation's EVP, actively working to establish and embed it within recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Continuously analyse performance data to optimise attraction channels and enhance overall recruitment efforts.
  • Lead the creation of a Talent Attraction Toolkit and sourcing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and legal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of attraction strategies, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement to the Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and be the point of contact for improving sourcing strategies within the purchasing and recruitment landscape.
  • Measure the effectiveness of attraction strategies using dashboards and performance metrics, demonstrating ROI and contribution to broader business outcomes.
  • Ensure that recruitment practises reflect diversity and inclusion best practises, contributing to an exceptional candidate experience.

To thrive in this role, you will possess extensive experience in developing and embedding EVP and attraction strategies, with a proven record of delivering recruitment best practises. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while facilitating clear communication and alignment on objectives.

You must have a sharp eye for detail, assuring quality in all written communication and campaign oversight. With a proactive and strategic approach, you will analyse data trends and adaption based on evolving hiring demands to provide an outstanding level of service to the TA team and the wider HR Division.

  • Proven experience in creating and executing effective EVP and attraction strategies along with defining recruitment best practises.
  • Strong ability to analyse data trends to assess performance and make practical recommendations.
  • Proficient in managing digital media campaigns and utilising paid media channels effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder and supplier relationships, including partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Strong negotiation skills around costs and resource allocation, whilst optimising within budgetary constraints.
  • Ability to create thought-provoking and impactful presentations.
  • Solid understanding of UK Employment Legislation to ensure compliance in all recruitment practises.
