We deliver innovative, award-winning services to the public and private sectors and our mission is to make people and places the best they can be.This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.About The Role:Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday - 08:00 - 18:00Hours Per Week: 37.5As Hall Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and customer excellence are achieved, and services are delivered to agreed standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards which may include mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning toilets facilities, organisers offices, exhibition halls and public circulations areas.
  • To ensure that you are in full uniform and P.P.E is worn during shifts.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment you have been using is cleaned correctly, maintained, and used efficiently and stored correctly ready for the next time of use.
  • To report faulty equipment to your team leader/supervisor
  • To attend training as required by your supervisor or manager.
  • All fixture & fitting, including mirrors, must be cleaned as necessary removing any marks or foreign matter, all floor areas are to be swept & mopped if required.
  • Responsible for keeping gangways, bars, restaurants and all areas relating to the exhibitions clean and litter free at all times.
  • Responsible for keeping all public toilets and circulation areas clean, tidy & free from litter at all times including lifts, stairs, escalators and travelators on piazza and atrium.

You should have the following skillset:

  • Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
