PE Teachers Needed!

PE Teachers Needed - Warwickshire Aspire are currently seeking proactive and enthusiastic Physical Education teachers on a supply basis to start as soon as possible!Within this role, you will be required to deliver PE lessons to students aged 11-16, covering various sports and physical skills. You will need to be able to deliver engaging and active lessons in line with the National Curriculum, whilst making appropriate adjustments. You will look to develop technique and performance levels across a range of activities such as football, athletics, hockey and trampolining.Primarily, you will encourage all students to participate in the lessons and promote a healthy lifestyle, competition, and sport progression. You may also have the opportunity to lead extra-curricular sports.Requirements* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)* Competency in a range of sports and physical activities.* Good knowledge of the Physical Education curriculum.* Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for one.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES* Teaching classes of up to 30 pupils.* Have vast knowledge and understanding of the Physical Education curriculum.* Assess and monitor students progress across the academic year.* Encourage and motivate the learning of the pupils.* Prepare and implement lessons to a high standard.If you are passionate about teaching and want to make a difference in the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity and I would love to hear from you.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
