This subject is not always an easy one for pupils so the ability to make it interesting, understandable and even fun, yes fun is the challenge.I am assisting this very popular secondary school in Warwickshire to appoint a Teacher of Maths. I have worked with this school for several years and their ethos is for both pupils and staff to work within a calm environment. The school is eager to encourage teachers to be able to teach without having to raise their voice and for pupils to enjoy and partake in good quality, informative lessons.Staff just don't leave this school, they progress within their role which speaks volumes.
